Lateness

We are committed to providing all of our patients the highest quality of care. Please be respectful of the time set aside for your treatment and arrive on time

Cancellations & No shows

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or miss your scheduled time, you will be charged for a FULL office visit.

If you are pregnant and can't make the appointment due to labor, the session can be used as a gift certificate for a postpartum session.

Payments

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, FSA/HSA and a number of insurance plans.

Credit card payments are accepted but will incur a 3% convenience fee.

All insurance claims are billed out-of-network. This is done to give the patient and acupuncturist a means of control over treatment instead of the insurance company. If you would like us to check whether your insurance plan includes our services, fill out our
